Purpose of the policy

The site uses log files in which information collected during visits to the site is stored. The information collected may be as follows:

Data Processor

The technical partner providing the services is Google Analytics which, has been appointed as Data Processor by the data controller.

The data collected by the site are processed at Google's datacenters and at the technical partners providing internet services. The data stores reside in the territory of the EU.  The data collected are handled by personnel appointed and authorized to process them. The data are processed exclusively and are not shared or communicated to third parties or disseminated without the specific consent of the data subjects.

The User has the right to receive his/her Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to obtain its unhindered transfer to another controller. This provision is applicable when the Data are processed with automated tools and the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract to which the User is a party or on contractual measures connected to it.
