Be the technical owner of our pyrolysis technology, leading its development and continuous improvement across plants processing end-of-life tyres.
Infiniteria is a growing company on a mission to make tyre production sustainable. We are building industrial solutions that make circularity profitable, scalable and real.
Our mission is clear: to transform end-of-life tyres into high-value materials for new tyres and fuels, enabling circular material loops at industrial scale — without compromising on economics, safety or industrial-grade engineering.
Infiniteria combines the pace and ownership of a young company with the discipline that large-scale industrial projects require.
As Technology Manager you ensure that technology development and plant operations meet productivity and quality objectives while complying with the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety and environmental protection.
What you will do
- Develop and improve pyrolysis technology for industrial plants converting end-of-life tyres into marketable products
- Assess and optimise process performance, including syngas output, carbon black quality and overall conversion efficiency
- Provide technical input to design and engineering teams on technology selection, timelines and project costs
- Contribute to the design and optimisation of oil and gas processing systems
- Lead the identification and adoption of appropriate engineering standards
- Perform technical integrity and HSE reviews and audits, and participate in hazard identification and HAZOP studies
- Verify and endorse process simulations and maintain technical documentation
- Support commissioning, start-up and operations, and provide ongoing support to O&M teams
What we are looking for
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in pyrolysis or chemical process plants
- Proven experience in process simulation and project development
- Experience from industrial production plants
- Strong leadership, communication and team development skills
- Fluency in English
- Eligibility to work in Sweden (valid work permit or EU work authorisation)
What we offer
- You will lead how the pyrolysis process develops and performs across plants
- Real problems, real results — the plants are being built and your work shows up in operations
- Backed but entrepreneurial: strong investors with the speed and ownership of a smaller organisation
- Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with seniority and responsibility
