Own both the process design and the automation architecture of our industrial plants, making sure the plants we design are the plants that actually perform.
Infiniteria is a growing company on a mission to make tyre production sustainable. We are building industrial solutions that make circularity profitable, scalable and real.
Our mission is clear: to transform end-of-life tyres into high-value materials for new tyres and fuels, enabling circular material loops at industrial scale — without compromising on economics, safety or industrial-grade engineering.
Infiniteria combines the pace and ownership of a young company with the discipline that large-scale industrial projects require.
You will ensure that plant performance, reliability and availability targets are achieved while complying with the highest standards of safety, environmental protection and engineering integrity. This is a senior role that combines strategic direction with hands-on technical work.
You will manage internal specialists and external consultants and work closely with operations and project teams.
What you will do
- Ensure technical integrity of process design and automation
- Manage and supervise internal resources and external consultants involved in process and automation design
- Lead optimisation of plant performance, availability, implementation time and cost
- Contribute to the design of pyrolysis, oil and gas processing systems and utilities
- Lead adoption of engineering and automation standards in line with international norms
- Manage and review feasibility studies, functional specifications and Basis of Design documents
- Perform technical integrity and HSE reviews and audits, and participate in HAZOP activities
- Verify and endorse process simulations, diagrams, PFDs, mass and heat balances
- Support commissioning, start-up and operations, including automation performance optimisation
What we are looking for
- Engineering degree
- 10+ years of relevant industrial experience
- 5+ years in pyrolysis or hydrocarbon processing studies and project development
- 5+ years in process control logic development and plant automation
- Experience from production plants (oil & gas, chemical, carbon black)
- Strong leadership, people, resource and risk management skills
- Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Sweden
What we offer
- Senior managerial role with strong technical ownership — your design sets the template for every plant we build
- Meaningful at scale: contributing to European raw material resilience and a circular economy for tyres
- International environment with colleagues and partners across multiple countries
- Competitive compensation and benefits for a senior managerial role
