Own reporting, forecasting and controlling for a multi-country industrial platform, and help build an automation-first finance function as the group moves into operations.
Infiniteria is a growing company on a mission to make tyre production sustainable. We are building industrial solutions that make circularity profitable, scalable and real.
Our mission is clear: to transform end-of-life tyres into high-value materials for new tyres and fuels, enabling circular material loops at industrial scale — without compromising on economics, safety or industrial-grade engineering.
Infiniteria combines the pace and ownership of a young company with the discipline that large-scale industrial projects require.
The Corporate Controller will initially play a hands-on role in ensuring reliable financial reporting, forecasting and controlling during the company's transition into operations. As systems and data flows mature, the role shifts towards forward-looking analysis, business insight and decision support to management.
What you will do
- Financial modelling for large-scale capex projects and for the Infiniteria group financial model
- Coordinate and validate financial data and reporting inputs across group entities and external providers
- Own the reporting, forecasting and controlling models, including monthly cash forecasting and capital contribution schedules
- Establish key financial KPIs and develop the transfer pricing model
- Support treasury activities including FX exposure analysis and financing analysis
- Follow up headquarters ramp-up and plant establishment against budget, analysing variances and change orders
- Support ERP implementation, in particular the finance, consolidation and project controlling modules
- Together with the digital team, develop scalable finance data models, dashboards and self-service reporting
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
- 3+ years in FP&A, business control or transaction services
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, combined with willingness to do hands-on recurring finance work
- Curious and proactive about using ERP, data, automation and AI to improve finance processes
- Understanding of accounting principles including transfer pricing; audit experience a bonus
- Project finance experience or exposure to investment funds / PE-backed companies beneficial
- Fluent English required; French or Swedish beneficial
What we offer
- A well-capitalised, highly dynamic sustainability company backed by a leading infrastructure private equity fund
- Early-stage involvement in a pan-European platform and in an AI/automation-first finance build-up
- High exposure to senior management
- Flexibility on working remotely
