Commercial & Business Development Manager

Sweden / Italy / Luxembourg · Full-time · Permanent · Commercial

Support the CCO in defining and executing Infiniteria's commercial strategy, with hands-on execution across market development, sales, offtake and key account management.

Infiniteria is a growing company on a mission to make tyre production sustainable. We are building industrial solutions that make circularity profitable, scalable and real.

Our mission is clear: to transform end-of-life tyres into high-value materials for new tyres and fuels, enabling circular material loops at industrial scale — without compromising on economics, safety or industrial-grade engineering.

Infiniteria combines the pace and ownership of a young company with the discipline that large-scale industrial projects require.

The role is designed as a high-impact, non-C-level position within a lean organisation, combining structured problem-solving, commercial analysis and direct involvement in key agreements and strategic initiatives.

It acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring commercial activities are grounded in rigorous analysis while progressing towards bankable agreements and tangible market outcomes.

What you will do

  • Support the CCO in developing and refining the company's commercial strategy
  • Conduct structured market assessments and analyse market dynamics, pricing and regulation
  • Identify and develop relationships with key industrial customers and manage the pipeline
  • Support negotiations of long-term offtake agreements
  • Develop pricing frameworks and financial models, and prepare term sheets and negotiation materials
  • Drive selected CCO-level projects and coordinate stakeholders
  • Build efficient commercial processes and leverage data, automation and AI to reduce manual work

What we are looking for

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • 2–5 years in management consulting, commercial strategy, business development or another analytical commercial role
  • Experience from B2B industrial environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with strong Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to bridge technical and commercial topics with multidisciplinary stakeholders
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage

What we offer

  • High ownership in a lean, fast-moving commercial team
  • Direct involvement in the agreements that shape a new industrial market
  • Significant growth and increasing responsibility as the company expands
  • International environment across Sweden, Italy and Luxembourg
