OUR TECHNOLOGY
Infiniteria has adopted the Enviro’s CFC process, which holds 3 patents in 52 countries
Tyre Pyrolysis process overview
- Pyrolysis is the only fully circular methods of treating end-of-life tyres
- Processing of tyres for pyrolysis involves two primary procedures, i) shredding and ii) heating of the rubber to produce high bio content pyrolysis oil, recovered carbon black and recycled steel wires
Key Advantages
Pyrolysis is the simplest and most cost-effective process for the breakdown of tyres into their primary component materials for reuse in the production of new products
Tyre pyrolysis does not require any additional substances, ensuring that the products are free from contamination by reagents and other additives
Enviro's proprietary CFC pyrolysis and post-processing technology has demonstrated reliable plant performance, consistently maintaining the relative percentage composition and quality of pyrolysis products
ELT Feedstock
Tyres typically comprised of:
- Steel: 10-20%
- Rubber: 70-75%
- Textiles: 0-5%
Shredding
Mechanical process to shred tyres into tyre chips, then passed through to pyrolysis process
Pyrolysis
Process involves heating tyre chips to high temperature in absence of oxygen
Recovered Carbon Black (rCB)
Key component in tyres and other rubber goods
High bio content Pyrolysis Oil (TPO)
Many uses; renewable fuel, base oils and chemicals, plastic feedstock and carbon black production
Recycled Steel Wires
Can be indefinitely recycled into steel products
